An acoustic evening of classic 1990s country hits with Collin Raye.
Collin Raye plays the Musical Instrument Museum on Friday, November 6, 2026, at 8:30 PM. It's an acoustic evening of his 1990s country hits, so the set will lean on the songs that made him a name during that decade.
If you're not familiar with the numbers, Raye was one of the era's most consistent hitmakers. He put up 24 top-ten records and 16 number ones, and picked up ten male vocalist of the year nominations across the CMA and ACM. He first broke through with "Love, Me" in 1991, and songs like "In This Life," "Not That Different," and "If I Were You" have since become staples at weddings and funerals. In 1994, "Little Rock" drew more than 100,000 calls to Alcoholics Anonymous, and he was named the Country Radio Seminar's Humanitarian of the Year in 2001.
There's a personal side to his later work, too. After his ten-year-old granddaughter Haley died in 2010, he and his daughter Britanny set up The Haley Bell Blessed Chair Foundation. He followed that with the album His Love Remains in 2011 and a 2013 Glen Campbell tribute, Still on the Line. His autobiography, A Voice Undefeated, came out in 2014. He lives in Nashville now.
