Doom metal band Castle plays Last Exit Live in Phoenix with special guests Weapon of Pride and Bog Walker.
Castle play Last Exit Live on Wednesday, October 28, with Weapon of Pride and Bog Walker opening. The San Francisco doom metal band has been around since 2009, fronted by vocalist and bassist Liz Blackwell, guitarist and vocalist Mat Davis, and drummer Al McCartney.
They put out their first full-length, In Witch Order, through Germany's Vรกn Records in 2011. That record picked up Album Of The Year from Metal Hammer Norway and Newcomer Of The Year from the Roadburn Festival. Later, they signed with Prosthetic Records for North America and released Blacklands, which earned a Canadian JUNO nomination for Metal/Hard Music Album Of The Year, followed by Under Siege in 2014. Their discography now covers six full-length albums, including Evil Remains, and they've spent a good part of those years touring globally.
