Weekly all-levels yoga flow open to beginners, led by Mishana Yoga & Wellness at Richmond Library.
Mishana Yoga & Wellness holds an all-levels yoga flow at Richmond Library every Monday at 5:30 PM, with the next session on Monday, October 26. It's a weekly offering, so if you miss one, there's another the following week.
The class is an all-levels flow open to beginners and all bodies. The focus is on getting energy flowing, opening the body, building strength, and calming the mind. Because it's open to all levels, you don't need to have practiced before to join in.
There's no advance registration required: you just show up and donate by cash or payment app. A suggested donation is $10 to $20 per class. The library is at 2987 Almond Street, at the corner of Indiana Avenue and Almond Street in Port Richmond, Philadelphia.
Every week we pick 🏆 the 5 best 🏆 things to do in Philadelphia and send them to your inbox. Just one weekly email, no spam.

Yoga is just one part of what Mishana Yoga & Wellness does. They also offer yoga and dance classes, sound healing and meditation, life and wellness coaching, spiritual counseling, and Reiki and energy healing. If you're looking for more than just a weekly flow, that's where you'll find it. For now, the class is every Monday at 5:30 PM at Richmond Library.
