Free weekly yoga class held on Tuesdays at 6 p.m. at the Whitman Library, all levels welcome.
Anne-Marie Mulgrew is leading a weekly yoga class at the Whitman Library, and the next session is Tuesday, October 27. It's part of a regular series that runs every Tuesday night through the fall and spring, so if you can't make this one, there's another one the week after.
The class is open to all levels, which is the best part. Whether you've never stepped on a mat before or you've been practicing for years, you'll fit in. Mulgrew handles the instruction, and the whole thing is free, so there's no cost to join in. If you're looking for a way to get some movement into your week without spending a dime, this is a pretty easy way to do it.
It's held at the Whitman Library, one of the Free Library of Philadelphia branches, located at 200 Snyder Avenue—right at 2nd and Snyder in South Philly. The class starts at 6 PM, which makes it a good mid-week reset. Since it's a weekly thing, you can drop in once or make it a regular Tuesday habit.
Every week we pick 🏆 the 5 best 🏆 things to do in Philadelphia and send them to your inbox. Just one weekly email, no spam.

The series runs from October 6, 2026, all the way through June 29, 2027, so it's not just a one-off. You've got plenty of Tuesdays to work with over the next several months. The next one is October 27, 6 PM, at the Whitman Library.
