Philadelphia band The Naked Sun, with Brother Starling and Evil Twin, play The Fallser Club on Midvale Avenue.
The Naked Sun headline The Fallser Club on Saturday, October 24, with Brother Starling and Evil Twin opening. It's a three-band bill that keeps the Americana and classic rock threads running through the whole night.
The Naked Sun has been a part of the Philadelphia scene since they formed in 2011, fronted by singer-songwriter Drew Harris and guitarist Tim Campbell. They pull from Americana, indie, and classic rock to make what they call "honest-rock," and they're coming off their latest album, Mirror in the Hallway, which they released in January 2026. That puts them in the middle of their new record's cycle, so you'll likely hear a good chunk of it live.
Brother Starling is another Philadelphia five-piece rooted in Americana and classic rock, and they've got their own new material to work with: The World We Broke came out this fall. That makes them a local pairing with The Naked Sun, two Philly bands sharing a similar foundation on the same bill. Rounding out the lineup is Evil Twin, a Brooklyn three-piece that formed in autumn 2021 and put out their debut album, Upside Down We're Flying, in March 2026. They're the only act coming in from out of town, and they're also playing from a record that's less than a year old.

Between the three of them, there are three new albums from this past yearβMirror in the Hallway, The World We Broke, and Upside Down We're Flyingβso the night leans heavily on what these bands have put out recently rather than their older catalogs. The show is at The Fallser Club, 3721 Midvale Ave, and it starts at 7 PM.
