Chloé Arnold's Syncopated Ladies bring their mixed-media tap dance concert to the Miller Theater on Friday, April 16, 2027. The show is called Syncopated Ladies Live! and it's an 80-minute production performed by an all-female troupe. The troupe is the Syncopated Ladies, founded in 2003 by Emmy nominee Chloé Arnold at the Debbie Allen Dance Academy. Mentored by Debbie Allen, they've spent the last two decades bringing modern tap to global audiences, racking up hundreds of millions of views online. They've drawn praise from Beyoncé, who featured their 'Formation' video and invited them to perform at the launch of her Ivy Park line in London, as well as Janet Jackson and Whoopi Goldberg.
Their credits run across film and television, too. You'll find them in the Apple TV+ film Spirited to Bel-Air and Jerry Seinfeld's Unfrosted on Netflix, and they've appeared on Good Morning America, The Kelly Clarkson Show, The Ellen Show, and The Late Late Show with James Corden. This is a group that's spent a lot of time on screen, and Syncopated Ladies Live! brings that energy to the stage.
