One-hour BYOM Pilates class with a Halloween costume contest, followed by snacks and refreshments.
Franchon Pryor is leading a BYOM Halloween Pilates Class on Saturday, October 31, at 1722 Sansom St, 2nd floor, in Rittenhouse. It runs from 12 PM to 1 PM, so it's a midday session rather than a late-night party—one of those things you can do before the rest of your Halloween plans kick in.
The BYOM part is the first thing to keep in mind: bring your own mat. The class is an hour of Pilates with a Halloween twist, and the costume is a big part of it. You're encouraged to show up in your best costume, and there's a costume contest for whoever puts in the effort. Once the practice wraps, there are snacks and refreshments to hang around with, so it's as much about the social side as the workout.

It's an in-person session on the second floor of the Sansom Street venue, right in the heart of Rittenhouse. General admission starts at $25, and there are no refunds, so you'll want to be sure you can make it before you book. If you're looking for something to do on Halloween that doesn't involve a bar or a party, this is a good way to spend the afternoon.
