An unscripted, live, interactive evening of conversation between Anderson Cooper and Andy Cohen with audience questions.
Anderson Cooper and Andy Cohen are coming to the Academy of Music on Saturday, November 14, for an unscripted evening of conversation. The two have been friends for years, and that's the whole point of the night: they're sitting down together to talk, and they're taking questions from the audience, so the direction of the conversation depends on what people in the room want to ask.
If you know them, you know they come from very different worlds. Cooper is a multiple Emmy award-winning CNN anchor and a correspondent for CBS' 60 Minutes; he also wrote the memoir Dispatches from the Edge, which topped the New York Times bestseller list. Cohen is an Emmy award-winning host and executive producer of Bravo's Watch What Happens: Live, and he's the executive producer of the Real Housewives series. He's written two New York Times bestsellers of his own: Most Talkative: Stories from the Frontlines of Pop Culture and The Andy Cohen Diaries: A Deep Look at a Shallow Year.
Between the two of them, they cover a lot of groundโhard news and international reporting on one side, and the high-drama world of reality TV on the other. The evening puts them on the same stage, and since it's unscripted, it's less about a set list of talking points and more about where the conversation goes when they're just talking to each other and to the crowd.
