Weekly Monday evening breathwork session for calm and better sleep, with a free first taster class.
SOMA Breath is running a series of breathwork sessions at St Luke's Church Hall in Oxford, starting this Monday 19 October. The focus is on calm and better sleep, and it's a course rather than a one-off, so you can come back and build on it over a few weeks.
If you've never tried breathwork, the first session is a free taster, which is a handy way to see if it's for you before committing to the rest. After that, the sessions run £10 to £15 each. The whole thing is set up as a journey, so it's designed to work across several dates rather than as a single standalone class.
It's a fairly substantial run, too. The first three sessions fall on Mondays 19, 26 and 29 October, and then it continues into November with sessions on the 2, 9, 16 and 23. That's seven dates in total, all on Monday evenings, so if you're looking for a way to wind down at the start of the week, this fits that slot. Each session runs from 7.00 to 8.00pm.
