Outdoor yoga session on the grass at Wollaton Hall and Park, part of the Wellbeing At Wollaton programme.
Wellbeing At Wollaton: Yoga is at Wollaton Hall on Sunday 1 November, from 10:00 to 11:30. It's part of the Wellbeing At Wollaton programme, and the meeting point is right in front of the Hall.
If you've never spent much time there, Wollaton Hall is a Grade I listed Elizabethan mansion set in 500 acres of parkland. It's well known for the red and fallow deer that roam free across the grounds, and it houses a natural history museum and formal gardens. Film fans might recognise it too — it stood in for Wayne Manor in the 2012 Batman film The Dark Knight Rises.

Because the session takes place on the grass, you'll need to bring your own mat or blanket. Children are welcome as long as they're accompanied by an adult, and their participation is at the supervising adult's discretion. Parking charges apply, so keep that in mind if you're driving in. The session runs for an hour and a half, from 10:00 to 11:30, and costs £2.
