Q&A-style observational comedy and dark satire about corporate bullsh*ttery, with two evening shows at the Royal Concert Hall.
W*nkernomics comes to the Royal Concert Hall on Monday 16 November, with the show running in the Main Auditorium. It's a comedy show about corporate bullshitery, and this is the latest version of the act, billed as Show V4.1.
The whole thing is the work of a self-styled duo of workplace wankers. It started as a live show teaching gormless Australians the secrets of workplace success through the ancient art of being an annoying wanker, and since then it's grown into a holistic, integrated, digital-first, multi-platform strategy with social media accounts and a website. It's come off two sell-out runs at the Edinburgh Fringe, over 50 million online views, and a Sunday Times best-selling book, Wnkernomics: A Deep Dive into Workplace Bullshttery.
On stage, it's a Q&A-style, thought-leadership driven deep-dive that unpacks the corporate bullshit taking over the working world. It goes after the pointless meetings, the mission statements, the LinkedIn Influencers, and the word 'synergies', blending observational comedy with dark satire. Critics have called it 'exquisite', 'meticulously written' and 'the most original show we saw this year'. The venue recommends it for ages 18+.
