Free two-day weekend of teaching, street outreach, fellowship and baptisms run by The Last Reformation and taught by Jón Bjarnastein.
TLR Kickstart comes to Queens Walk Community Association on Saturday 21 November, a full day of teaching and training from 9:30 am to 6 pm. It's run by The Last Reformation, a movement that started in 2011 and has since spread globally.
The weekend is built around the book of Acts and 1 Corinthians 2:4-5, and the aim is to 'kick-start' believers into stepping out in faith by healing the sick, preaching the Gospel and making disciples. The teaching is delivered by Jón Bjarnastein together with a team, and the programme runs across two days with space for street outreach, fellowship and baptisms. The focus is a return to the practices described in Acts: preaching the full gospel, including repentance, water baptism and receiving the Holy Spirit, every believer walking as a disciple of Jesus and living a supernatural life led by the Spirit.
