A stand-up showcase of eight homegrown comedians from Nottinghamshire on a mixed bill, part of the Nottingham Comedy Festival 2026.
Spotlight Showcase: Local comes to Saltbox on Thursday 5 November, a mixed bill of eight comedians from across Nottinghamshire. It's presented by the Nottingham Comedy Festival, which runs from Friday 30 October to Sunday 8 November, and the session is supported by Arts Council England.
The line-up brings together eight local names on one bill: Jon Pearson, Duncan Oakley with Zig Sandwich, Liz Johnson (who performs as Slightly Psychic Cynthia), James Abernethy, Ravi Saini, Oli Oakley and Will Farr. It's a showcase of homegrown talent rather than a single headliner, so you'll get a good run of different acts in one go.
