Character comedian and prankster Simon Brodkin brings his new show 'Unleashed' to the Royal Concert Hall Nottingham.
Simon Brodkin brings his new show, Unleashed, to the Royal Concert Hall on Thursday 4 February 2027, starting at 19:30. It's billed as his biggest tour yet, and it's a new hour of stand-up rather than a character piece.
If you've only come across him through the characters, there's a bit of catching up to do. Brodkin made his name as a prankster and character comedian, often working under alter egos like Lee Nelson and Jason Bent. He wrote, starred in and created the BBC Three hit Lee Nelson's Well Good Show and the sketch series Lee Nelson's Well Funny People, and later put together the 90-minute special Jason Bent's World Cup's Best Ever Goals, Ever!. The Daily Telegraph called him 'the world's most famous blagger', which sums up the high-profile stunts that put him on the map.
His previous tour, Screwed Up, was a huge runโextended three times to 170 dates around the world and ending with three sold-out nights at London's Hammersmith Apollo. Unleashed is the follow-up, and it's a new show built around punchlines and crowdwork. He'll be taking on wild swimmers, vape shops, Greta Thunberg, religion, and his wife's friends Claire and Carl.
