Nottingham rock band Silkrats launch their new album at The Chapel at The Angel Microbrewery, with support from Baddy Issues and Knuckle Dragger.
Silkrats are launching their new album at The Chapel at The Angel Microbrewery on Friday 30 October, with doors opening at 19:45 and the night running through until 23:00. It's a Nottingham band playing a Nottingham venue, and the bill puts them on with Baddy Issues and Knuckle Dragger, with more names to be confirmed as the date gets closer.
If you haven't come across them yet, Silkrats are a four-piece rock band formed here in 2017. They've spent the last few years building their sound around a few specific touchstones: classic rock, contemporary metal, and the pop music of the 1970s and 80s. It's a broad enough reach to pull from a few different eras, and this album launch is the first chance to hear the new material played out in full.

With Baddy Issues and Knuckle Dragger on the bill, there's more than one act to catch before the main set. The night is set to run from doors at 19:45 until 23:00, so it's a full evening rather than a quick stop. Tickets are £7.70, and the venue is The Chapel at The Angel Microbrewery, 7 Stoney Street, NG1 1LG.
