Raise a Sound - An evening of worship

Raise a Sound are playing an evening of worship at Assemblies of God, Nottingham on Saturday 24 October, from 7pm to 9pm. The night is presented by True Worship Collective, and it's set up as an intimate session of live worship rather than a formal concert.

True Worship Collective describes the evening as a space set apart to seek God, with voices raised and hands lifted. It's framed as a communal experience of worship and spiritual connection, so the focus is on the singing and the atmosphere of the room rather than a performance on a stage. If that's your thing, it's a straightforward way to spend a Saturday night.

The venue is Faith Oasis AoG, at 15 Mount Street, New Basford, NG7 7HX. It's a church space, which fits the whole 'set apart' description they've gone with. Entry is free, so there's nothing to pay upfront to get through the door.

It runs from 7pm to 9pm on Saturday 24 October, two hours of live worship in New Basford. If you're looking for a quiet evening of that sort, this is where you'll find it.
