Stage adaptation of the film Pretty Woman, with Molly Rainford as Vivian Ward and Danny Walters as Edward Lewis, directed by Jerry Mitchell.
Pretty Woman The Musical comes to the Theatre Royal from Tuesday 21 September to Saturday 2 October 2027, bringing the story of the film to the stage. It follows the unlikely soulmates Vivian Ward and Edward Lewis, and this production sees Molly Rainford make her stage debut as Vivian, with Danny Walters as Edward and Bernadette Bangura as Kit De Luca.
The show is a stage adaptation of the film, directed and choreographed by two-time Tony Award winner Jerry Mitchell, who also worked on Kinky Boots, Legally Blonde and Hairspray. The original score comes from Grammy winner Bryan Adams and Jim Vallance, the pair behind 'Summer of '69' and 'Heaven', and the book was written by the film's director Garry Marshall and screenwriter J.F. Lawton. It's back on the road in 2027 after a record-breaking West End run and a sell-out first UK tour in 2023.
