Club night of classic trance tracks from the 1990s onwards with professional laser production at The Nest.
PaSSion Trance ClaSSics is back at The Nest on Saturday 9 January, a club night that does exactly what the name says: it celebrates the classic trance sound. The whole evening is built around the genre's most recognisable tracks from the 1990s onwards, with DJs playing the records that defined the sound and the ones that stuck in people's heads long after the night had finished.
It's not just about the music, though. The night is backed by professional laser production that runs throughout the venue, so the visuals are as much a part of it as the tracks. The aim is to bring together the defining moments and the most memorable records that shaped trance, rather than just a random mix of dancefloor fillers. If you've spent any time in a club over the last couple of decades, a good few of these will be familiar.

It's a long one, too. The night runs from 18:30 through to 02:00, so there's plenty of room to settle in rather than rushing in for a few hours. Tickets are £27.50 including fees, with a £2.50 booking fee on top. You'll find The Nest on Iremonger Road, NG2 3HU, in the city.
