Networking session of the Nottingham Playhouse Business Club with refreshments and a talk from regional arts and business leaders.
Nottingham Playhouse is hosting the Nottingham Playhouse Business Club on Thursday 10 December, from 10.30am to 12pm. It's the club's end-of-year gathering, and the plan is simple: hot drinks, mince pies, and a chance to look back on the year gone by. The session opens with informal networking over refreshments, followed by a talk from the region's arts and business leaders.
If you're not familiar with it, the Business Club is the Playhouse's flagship corporate membership scheme, built for philanthropically minded organisations that value creativity, connection and community impact. It works as a local business network for professionals to meet new contacts, share experiences and pick up practical skills in an accessible setting. Membership runs in three tiers: Silver at £500, Gold at £1,000 and Platinum at £1,500 (plus VAT) per annum, and the proceeds support the Playhouse's charitable work (Charity No: 1109342), whose community participation offer reaches more than 40,000 people across Nottinghamshire each year.

Beyond the networking, members get VIP press night invitations, creative networking, behind-the-scenes experiences and quarterly workshops led by senior staff that explore business challenges through the lens of the theatre industry. This December session is free for members and sponsors only, and it's held in the 'Company' event space at the Playhouse on Wellington Circus, NG1 5AF — this time on the set of Aladdin.
