MOJO Bar is running a cocktail masterclass for two in Nottingham on Monday 26 October. It's a session for two people to get behind the bar and learn how to make cocktails, rather than just sitting and drinking them. If you've spent plenty of nights on the other side of the counter, this is your chance to see how the drinks actually come together.
The class is run by the team at MOJO, so you're learning from the people who work there. You'll be shown how to build the drinks, the techniques they use, and the proportions that make them work. It's a hands-on thing, so you'll be doing the shaking and stirring yourself, not just watching a demonstration. You'll work through a few different cocktails, and you'll get to drink what you make as you go. It's designed for two, so it works as a date or a bit of an activity to do with a mate.
