Three-hour hands-on latte art class led by a 200 Degrees Head Barista, teaching milk texturing and the heart, tulip and rosetta designs.
200 Degrees in Nottingham is running a latte art workshop for two, a three-hour hands-on class led by one of their Head Baristas. It's aimed at budding coffee enthusiasts, and they pitch it as the step that takes your skills from a 'messy splodge' to something you can actually show off.
Over the three hours, you cover milk texturing and how to pour the three key designs: the heart, the tulip and the rosetta. It's a practical session, so you'll be behind the machine rather than just watching. The class is run by 200 Degrees, a coffee shop that trains its staff as Head Baristas and runs advanced latte art courses, so you're learning from someone who does this for a living.
