Last Resort are playing Saltbox on Friday 23 October, bringing their nu-metal tribute to Bolero Square. They're the main draw on the bill, with The Sixth Letter supporting them.
If you're not familiar with them, Last Resort describe themselves as the UK's biggest nu-metal party and one of the country's premier tribute acts. The set is built around the glory days of gritty guitars and anthemic choruses, with hits from Linkin Park, Limp Bizkit, Papa Roach and Slipknot. It's a high-octane show, and there's a resident DJ spinning nu-metal throughout the night, so the music doesn't stop when the band steps off stage. The whole thing is put on by Last Resort Events, and it's for ages 14 and over.
