Stand-up show in which Katie Johnson explores her relationship with autism, sex and self-worth, presented by Benny Shakes and Disabled Cants at the Nottingham Comedy Festival.
Katie Johnson brings Neurodivirgin to The Vat and Fiddle on Tuesday 3 November, as part of the Nottingham Comedy Festival 2026. It's a solo stand-up hour, and the whole thing is built around a question she says she's been asked many, many times — mostly by herself: 'You're a virgin? Why? What's wrong with you?'
From there, she takes the show into her relationship with autism, sex, and her own self-worth, working through the lot with a mix of one-liners and same-room observations. It's a piece of stand-up that doesn't shy away from the personal stuff, and it runs for a full hour. The night is presented by Benny Shakes and Disabled Cants, and it's recommended for ages 18 and over.
