Weekly 18+ indie night at The Bodega, every Wednesday since 2017, with festival-ready anthems, a free glitter station and access to the downstairs bar and beer gardens.
Indie Wednesdays are back at The Bodega on Wednesday 25 November. It's a night that's become a Nottingham fixture, running every Wednesday at the venue since 2017, and this is just another one of those mid-week slots that keeps the indie scene ticking over. The room itself has a decent pedigree: Arctic Monkeys, Sam Fender and The 1975 have all played here, so it's a space that knows how to handle a loud, guitar-led night.
The format is straightforward. It's a club night built around festival-ready anthems, and the drinks aren't priced like they're at a festival, which is a welcome change. There's a free glitter station if you're into that, and you've got access to the downstairs bar and two beer gardens, so you can step out for some air without leaving the building. The Bodega has been a mainstay of the Midlands scene for two and a half decades, and it's picked up a couple of awards recently: Spirit of the Scene at the Music Week Awards 2025 and Grassroots Champion at the Live Awards 2025.
