Hideout Records X Only Notts

Hideout Records and Only Notts CIC are taking over The Carousel on Sunday 25 October, from 12:00 through to 22:50. It's a long stretch of music, workshops and industry talks running across the whole day, and it's presented as part of Hockley Hustle.

If you haven't come across it before, The Carousel is at 25 Hockley, and it's a bit more than just a venue. It's a community space that provides studios, coworking, and print and digital facilities for artists and freelancers. Upstairs is a fully licensed, well-equipped event space that hosts gigs, poetry and cinema nights, drag brunches, and DJ takeovers. This session falls into that last category, with Hideout Records and Only Notts running the day.

Because it's part of Hockley Hustle, the entry works a bit differently than a standalone gig. A single Hockley Hustle wristband costs £20 and gives you access to all 48 venues taking part in the day, so you can drift from this session over to whatever else is happening across the neighbourhood. The Carousel is right in the thick of it at 25 Hockley, NG1 1FH, and the music here runs from midday until nearly ten and a half in the evening, so you can drop in whenever suits you best.
