Hannah East's stand-up show about the highs and lows of parenting, drawing on her viral comedy reels.
Hannah East brings her new show Express Yourself to Nottingham Playhouse on Wednesday 21 October. It's a brand-new comedy set that takes a deep dive into the highs and lows of parenting, and it's built from the same ground as the viral reels she's become known for.
If you've come across her online, you'll recognise the territory. She takes the chaos, the joy and the absurdity of mum life and puts it on stage, running through pregnancy and labour, breastfeeding, postpartum struggles and the everyday challenges of raising children, all handled with honesty and humour. The thing people respond to most is that she says what mums are really thinking but rarely say out loud.

On stage, that translates into brand-new skits, more wigs, celebrity send-ups and warm-hearted mum impressions. It's a full evening of comedy, running 110 minutes, and it's recommended for ages 14 and over. Tickets are £26.50, plus a non-refundable £2.50 booking fee per order. The Nottingham date is sold out, so you'll need to keep an eye on the Playhouse for any returns.
