Over-18s drum and bass club night at The Cell with AC13 and Atmos, presented by Alpha Circuit X Illusive Sounds.
AC13 is playing The Cell on Friday 13 November, part of the Full Circuit Tour. The night is presented by Alpha Circuit and Illusive Sounds, and he's sharing the bill with Atmos.
If you're not familiar, AC13 is a drum and bass producer whose sound sits right in the gap between heavy bass and melody. He's known for combining the two rather than picking one over the other, and his catalogue has shifted through different combinations over the years. The vocal-led single Visions is one end of that, and the more atmospheric material he's put out since is the other. It's that range that defines his work: the weight of the bass work balanced against melody and atmosphere.
Atmos joins him on the bill, so the two of them will be taking the night across. It's a club night, not a seated show, so you'll be on your feet for this one. The Cell is over at 22 Fletcher Gate, right in the city centre.
