Friendly afternoon of board games and banter with dominoes, Scrabble, murder mysteries, tea, coffee and cake at The Potteries.
The Potteries are running their board games afternoon on Wednesday 11 November, starting at 15:00. It's a friendly session of board games and banter, and the games on the table run from dominoes, Scrabble, Frustration and Connect 4 through to murder mysteries. The mood is built on people groaning and joking their way through them, so it's more about the company and the chat than the competitive side of things.
If you've got a favourite game at home, you're welcome to bring it along, and you can bring your own food too. Well-behaved dogs are welcome, so you don't have to leave yours behind if you fancy coming down. Tea and coffee are a pound and refillable, and there's usually cake or biscuits on the side to go with them.
