It's a drum and bass bill with four names on it: 4am Kru, Navigator, Inja, and Bladerunner himself. The night is billed as Groovebox x Submerged returning to The Nest with a stacked drum and bass lineup, so if you've been following those two, this is their next one in the city.
Bladerunner is an east-of-England producer whose style blends classic jungle breaks with modern production techniques. He's been active for more than a decade, and he was first spotted by Ray Keith back in 2004. That puts him in the jungle scene for over twenty years now, so he's not a newcomer. The classic jungle breaks are the foundation here, and the modern production is what he builds on top of them.
He's the headliner of the night, but he's not the only one on the bill. 4am Kru, Navigator, and Inja are all down for the same evening, and the whole thing is put on by Groovebox x Submerged.
