Meet and greet with five players from Liverpool's 1989-90 League Championship-winning side, with live interviews and autographs.
An evening with Liverpool Legends comes to The Nest on Thursday 12 November, bringing together five players from Liverpool's 1989-90 League Championship-winning side. John Barnes, Steve McMahon, Ronnie Whelan, Bruce Grobbelaar and Peter Beardsley are the names on the bill, and they're billed as one of the greatest Liverpool line-ups on the UK Tour. Pete Graves hosts the night.
The evening is built around a live two-part interview, so you'll hear the five of them talking through that title-winning season together rather than just separately. There's also a walk-on experience staged on the largest electronic screen in the East Midlands, and a chance to meet the players, take photographs and collect autographs. The organisers, Superstar Speakers, describe it as a rare opportunity to hear from some of the greatest players ever to wear the red shirt, and they note that the event raises money for charities including Rainbows children's hospice.
