Paint & Sip with Bricolage Crafts

Bricolage Crafts are running a Paint & Sip session at Redwell Brewing on Thursday 22 October, from 6:30pm to 8:30pm. It's held in the Redwell Tap Room, which is a working brewery during the week and turns into a tap room come the weekend.

The session follows easy, step-by-step 'follow the leader' instructions, so even if you've never picked up a paintbrush before, you can turn a blank canvas into something frame-worthy. You're also free to add your own style as you go, rather than just copying exactly what's in front of you. The brewery provides all the materials — acrylic paints, canvases, paintbrushes and aprons — so you don't need to bring a thing.

Food and drink are available to buy on the night, including the craft beers brewed on site. The brewery itself was founded by Norwich-born Neil Bailey, who studied art at Great Yarmouth College of Art and Design after attending St Edward's School on scholarship, so there's a bit of local art history behind the venue. The session runs from 6:30pm to 8:30pm, and tickets are £20.
