Lime Garden play The Adrian Flux Waterfront on Sunday 18 October, headlining their One More Thing tour. They're an indie-electro band who've been playing together since they were 16: Chloe Howard on vocals and rhythm guitar, Leila Deeley on lead guitar, Tippi Morgan on bass and Annabel Whittle on drums. The set is built around their debut record, One More Thing, which they describe as following four best friends coming of age.
Ali Chant produced the album, and he's worked with Perfume Genius, PJ Harvey and Yard Act. The band have been releasing music since 2020 and touring since 2021, when they did a run of sold-out support slots for IDLES, The Big Moon and Yard Act. This year they played the British Music Embassy at SXSW and spent the summer on the European festival circuit, including Glastonbury, where they were invited to play Billy Bragg's Leftfield Stage. In 2022 they were nominated for the ANCHOR award at the Reeperbahn festival, and they've had support from 6 Music, NME and The Independent, as well as a shout-out from Paramore's Hayley Williams on her BBC Radio 6 Music 'Everything Is Emo' show.
