Free drop-in group art session to meet others with an interest in drawing, with materials provided by the library.
Drop in and Draw is back at the Millennium Library on Wednesday 21 October, from 2pm to 4pm. It's a group for anyone with an interest in art, run by the Norfolk and Norwich Millennium Library as part of their regular programme of events. The whole thing is held in The Gallery, inside the library at The Forum, Millennium Plain, NR2 1TF.
There's no need to book a place in advance: you just drop in when you can and the materials are provided for you. It's a group session, so you'll be drawing alongside others who share an interest in art, rather than working on your own. If you've been wanting to get into drawing but haven't had a regular spot to do it, this is a straightforward way to start.
Because it's a drop-in, you don't have to commit to the full two hours if you're short on time. You can pop in for a half hour, stay for the whole afternoon, or just drift in and out as your day allows. The materials are sorted, so you don't need to bring your own kit unless there's something specific you prefer to use. It's a low-pressure way to spend a couple of hours drawing in company.
