A Halloween-themed immersive live show where bingo meets rave, dance-offs and audience participation, with attendees encouraged to wear costumes.
Bongo's Bingo is taking over Boiler Shop on Friday 30 and Saturday 31 October, with the Halloween Special running across both nights. If you're not a night owl, there's a daytime show on the 31st that kicks off at 12:00pm, so you can get your bingo in well before the sun goes down.
For those who haven't come across it, Bongo's Bingo was started by Jonny Bongo, who's spent the last few years turning the traditional British bingo night into a full-blown live show. It's less about sitting quietly with a dabber and more about what happens between the numbers: rave rounds, dance-offs, audience participation and prizes that usually lean towards the ridiculous. It's built around getting the crowd involved, so you're as much a part of the show as the person calling the numbers.
Halloween is one of the group's favourite themes, and this edition is built right around it. The usual Bongo's chaos gets a ghoulish twist, and they're encouraging everyone to turn up in their scariest costume — anything from a killer clown to a drooling demon. If you've never done a fancy-dress bingo before, this is a good place to start, especially with the daytime slot on the 31st if you'd rather be home in time for trick-or-treating.

The whole thing is staged at Boiler Shop, 20 South Street, NE1 3PE, with tickets starting from £20. Between the two dates, you've got a choice of a late one on the Friday or a daytime session on the Saturday, so you can pick whichever fits your Halloween plans.
