Bongo's Bingo is bringing its Christmas specials to Boiler Shop this winter, with a run of dates that stretches from late November right through to the end of December. If you've never been, the basic idea is bingo, but the intervals are rave sets and the prizes are usually something ridiculous. The Christmas editions lean into the season, so there's tinsel, rubbish Christmas jumpers, and a playlist of festive tunes. Between the bingo rounds, the crowd judges dance-offs, and the whole thing is 18+.
There are six dates to choose from, and they're spread across the city's Christmas calendar. The first is a daytime show on Saturday 21 November, followed by Friday 27 November, Friday 4 December, Friday 18 December, Sunday 20 December, and Sunday 27 December. Having a daytime option on the 21st is handy if you're not a late-night person, and the others are spread across Fridays and Sundays, so you can pick the one that fits your schedule best.
