Concert by Teen Jesus and the Jean Teasers as part of the Rolling Sets 2026 regional music festival at Foreshore Park.
Teen Jesus and the Jean Teasers play Foreshore Park on Saturday 5 December, as part of the Rolling Sets 2026 festival. They're one of the big names on a fully Australian bill, and they're coming off a strong run — they picked up the Michael Gudinski Breakthrough Artist award in 2024, so this is a good time to catch them on a larger stage.
They aren't the only ones. The festival is headlined by Ocean Alley, with four-time ARIA winners Royel Otis and alternative veterans Violent Soho also high up the bill. The rest of the line-up fills out with G Flip, The Rions, Old Mervs, The Belair Lip Bombs, Mid Drift, Radium Dolls, Trials, Cheeky Leash, Headsend, Selve and The Cheaks. It's a long list of Australian acts, and the festival organisers are billing it as one of the best all-Aussie lineups in recent memory.
Rolling Sets has grown over the last four years, and 2026 is a bit of a turning point. It's previously run on the Central Coast at The Entrance and returned to Tweed Heads, but this year it's expanded to two locations. Festival director Matt Wise says the move to Newcastle Foreshore lets them build a bigger experience while keeping the coastal vibe that's always been part of it. And it's not just music — the festival continues to grow its skate and lifestyle side, with a dedicated athlete zone on site.
