Emo-punk band Sly Withers perform live at the Hamilton Station Hotel as part of their Australian tour.
Sly Withers are playing the Hamilton Station Hotel on Thursday 26 November, one of their Newcastle dates during an Australian tour that runs through November. They're coming over from Boorloo/Perth, and the Newcastle show is part of a run that's taking them across the country.
The tour is built around their new album, To Be Honest, which they're taking on the road. That's the record they'll be drawing from for the set, so if you've had it on repeat lately, this is when you'll hear those songs live. They've also played Sidefest in Perth as part of the same stretch.
They describe themselves as an emo-punk band, and that's the sound they're bringing with them. On the night, they're sharing the bill with Towns & Bad Neighbour, who'll be opening for them. It's a Thursday night, so it's a mid-week one rather than a weekend gig.
