Stand-up comedy show presented by Khaled Khalafalla, following a string of sold-out shows across Australia.
Khaled Khalafalla brings his stand-up comedy show, The Let Me Take You There Tour, to the Civic Theatre on Friday 16 October. It's a solo night of comedy, with Khalafalla as the sole feature of the evening.
He arrives in Newcastle after a string of sold-out shows across Australia, so this is one of the dates on a tour that's been playing to full houses in other cities. The show itself is new material, and the description says it's a set that evolves to meet the moment, which is a fair way of saying it changes a bit from night to night as he works through the jokes.

If you're not familiar with his work, he's a stand-up who's been touring the country, and this is the latest stop on that run. The show is titled The Let Me Take You There Tour, and it's a full evening of comedy rather than a short set or a shared bill. The Civic Theatre is the venue, and the date is Friday 16 October.
