Outdoor yoga session led by Small World Yoga in Centennial Park, open to all ages and levels.
Yoga in the Park is back at Centennial Park every Tuesday evening, from 5:30 to 6:30 PM. The series runs from April 14 through October 20, 2026, so it's a long stretch that carries you from the first warm days of spring all the way into the fall.
Small World Yoga leads the sessions, and they describe it as an all-comers offering—open to all ages and levels. The idea is to flow in the sun every Tuesday evening during the warm season, so it's as much about the routine as it is about the yoga. If you've never done a class before, this is a low-stakes way to start; if you've been practicing for years, it's a good excuse to get out of the studio and onto the grass.
Centennial Park is a sprawling 132-acre urban green space in Nashville, supported by the Centennial Park Conservancy, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that helps sustain the grounds. It's home to the historic Parthenon, the world's only exact-size replica of the Greek temple, which houses a statue of the goddess Athena and an art museum. The landscape includes the Great Lawn, Lake Watauga, the Sunken Garden, the Centennial Art Center, the Bandshell, Musicians Corner alongside the unearthed Cockrill Spring, and a Dog Park. The yoga sessions take place near 31st Ave N and Park Plaza, right next to the volleyball courts.
