Indie rock concert featuring Soccer Mommy and Snail Mail performing on The S&M Tour, with support from Scarlet Rae.
Soccer Mommy and Snail Mail are playing Brooklyn Bowl Nashville on Wednesday, October 14, as part of The S&M Tour. It's a double bill of two indie rock projects that have spent the last few years moving in similar circles, and they're sharing the stage together for this one.
Soccer Mommy is the project of Sophie Allison. She started out as a bedroom-to-Bandcamp act and has since become one of the indie rock names most cited from the last decade. Her 2024 album, Evergreen, followed the personal loss she's dealt with since 2022's Sometimes, Forever, so there's a good chance you'll hear songs from both records in one night.
Snail Mail is the project of Lindsey Jordan, a singer-songwriter from Ellicott City, Maryland. Her introspective lyrics and expressive guitar blend indie, alternative, and emo rock, with Lush, Valentine, and Ricochet as her acclaimed albums, and songs like "Pristine" and "Heat Wave" as the ones most people know. Outside of music, she played the lead in the indie horror film I Saw the TV Glow.

Opening the night is Scarlet Rae, a Los Angeles-born, New York City-based artist. Her 2025 EP, No Heavy Goodbyes, blends understated acoustic instrumentation with shoegaze gloom and ethereal vocals. Between her and the two headliners, the bill leans pretty heavily into the melodic, guitar-driven side of indie rock.
Doors open at 6 PM and the show starts at 7 PM. The night is 18 and over unless you're accompanied by a parent or legal guardian, and general admission is standing room only.
