Turnover headlines the Down On Earth Tour with support from Nothing and Trauma Ray at Brooklyn Bowl Nashville.
Turnover are bringing their Down On Earth Tour to Brooklyn Bowl Nashville on Wednesday, December 9, with Nothing and Trauma Ray on the bill. It's an all-ages night, general admission standing room only, with a VIP upgrade available.
Turnover is the Virginia Beach trio fronted by Austin Getz, with his brother Casey on drums and childhood friend Danny Dempsey on bass. They first broke through with 2016's Peripheral Vision, which cracked the Top 5 of the Billboard Heatseekers Chart, followed in 2017 by Good Nature, a streaming hit that gathered roughly 40 million Spotify plays and earned them their first Coachella appearance. Their 2024 album Altogether was written while the band lived on opposite coasts and produced by Will Yip, and it blends funk, jazz, lounge and disco with their indie grit and punk energy.
Nothing is a Philadelphia band whose sound sits at the intersection of alternative and shoegaze. They've built their reputation on high volume—a choice they describe as the only way to translate personal experiences with negativity, misanthropy and the human condition into musical form. Trauma Ray rounds out the lineup.
