Metalcore band Sleep Theory performs at Cannery Hall as part of the Ceremony Festival, with supporting acts Holding Absence, Arm's Length and Taylor Acorn.
Sleep Theory play Cannery Hall on Saturday, October 17, as part of Ceremony Fest. They're the headliner for the night, and they're bringing Holding Absence, Arm's Length, and Taylor Acorn along for the bill.
Sleep Theory comes from Memphis, Tennessee, and they blend metalcore, pop, and R&B into a heavy rock sound that draws on the anthemic styles of Linkin Park and Bring Me The Horizon. The set alternates between breakdowns and ballads, and frontman Cullen Moore is described as a powerhouse vocalist. Their full-length debut Afterglow and the Paper Hearts EP earned them critical notice: Amazon Music, Loudwire, and Revolver named them an Artist To Watch in 2025, and Revolver called them one of heavy music's biggest breakouts. "Fallout" was the ninth most-played song on Active Rock in 2024, and the band has toured with Shinedown, Falling In Reverse, Beartooth, Wage War, and Daughtry.
The show is part of Ceremony Fest, which returns to Cannery Hall as the peak of Rock Week in Nashville. The festival spreads music across four indoor and outdoor stages, and it's more than just the music: there's live art by Visual Minds, a pop-up market by Nashville Punk Rock Flea Market, and on-site tattoos. The bill on the 17th puts Sleep Theory at the top, with Holding Absence, Arm's Length, and Taylor Acorn filling out the rest of the lineup.
