Scenic urban road race through Music City with the half marathon and 5K starting and finishing at First Horizon Park, featuring a finish-line festival with live music.
Run Nash brings the Nashville Half Marathon & 5K to First Horizon Park on Saturday, October 24, with two distances to choose from. Both races start and finish at the ballpark, so you don't have to worry about parking in two different spots.
The half marathon takes you through the heart of Music City, with a route that cuts through Music Row and the Gulch and passes several of the city's landmarks along the way. The 5K is a shorter option for a morning run. Both are open to runners of all experience levels, so you can pick the distance that fits your pace. Every finisher gets a commemorative medal and a performance T-shirt.
After you cross the finish line, the day keeps going with a festival inside the ballpark, complete with live music and refreshments. It's a nice way to wind down and hang out with other runners before you head home. If you're looking to run for something more, you can sign up through Team DetermiNation, which partners with the American Cancer Society to help fund cancer research and patient support. There's also a VIP package that adds dedicated race-morning restrooms, fast-track packet pickup, an engraved medal, and a post-race VIP party with a catered brunch.
