Free outdoor Pilates class along the Cumberland River, open to all fitness levels.
Riverfront Pilates is coming to Riverfront Park North on Saturday, Oct 17, from 10 AM to 11 AM. It's a free outdoor Pilates class held along the Cumberland River on the rolling hills of the park, and there's a second session the following Saturday, Oct 24, at the same time. Both are open to all fitness levels, so you don't need to be a pro to join in.
Two local names are bringing this to Nashville: Nashville Fit Magazine and Nashville Wellness Club. The Nashville Downtown Partnership programs the sessions in collaboration with Metro Parks Nashville, and they're free for anyone who wants to show up. A limited number of mats are available on-site, so you'll want to bring your own if you can. The classes run weather permitting, and professional photography and videography may take place during the sessions for the Nashville Downtown Partnership's promotional and marketing purposes.
