Monster Mash

Jackalope Brewing Company is hosting Monster Mash on Saturday, October 31, from 5 PM to 10 PM. It's a Halloween costume party in their taproom, and they've given it a pretty specific pitch: they call it Nashville's least sexy Halloween costume party.

The night is built around two things: themed beers and costumes. The taproom will be serving a Halloween-themed menu, so you can pair your drink with something that fits the occasion. There'll be a live DJ spinning throughout the evening, and a costume contest that's open to both humans and pets, so if you've got a dog you're already planning to dress up, you can bring them along and put them in the running.

One thing to keep in mind before you head over: this is strictly for guests 21 and over. It's a brewery party, so the age limit is firm.

Admission is free, and it runs from 5 PM to 10 PM on Saturday, October 31, at Jackalope Brewing Company, 701 8th Ave S in Wedgewood-Houston.
