A nighttime aerial adventure where visitors zipline through trees lit by glow-in-the-dark effects and LED lights, with music themes changing each night.
The Adventure Park at Nashville is running Glow in the Park on Friday, October 23, turning its usual treetop course into a nighttime aerial adventure. The park sits on six wooded acres on Percy Warner Boulevard, about 15 minutes west of downtown, and after dark it lights up the 162 platforms and 31 ziplines with glow-in-the-dark effects. It's open to ages 7 and up, so it works for kids and adults alike.
Each session lasts about two and a half hours. You start with a 30-minute orientation that covers harnessing, a safety briefing, and a practice session before you head up into the canopy. Once you're climbing, there are 13 color-coded, self-guided trails to choose from: purple is for beginners, and it goes all the way up to double-black for experts, so you can pick a path that fits your comfort level. The sessions run rain or shine, and advance reservations are recommended.

Because this is Nashville, music is part of the experience. Every night has a different theme, and the playlist changes each time, so the soundtrack you hear will depend on when you go. Tickets are $47 for ages 7 and up.
