Family workshop in which visitors make their own button celebrating 100 years of the Grand Ole Opry, supporting the exhibition 'Country's Grandest Stage'.
Bedazzled Buttons is a family program at the Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum on Sunday, November 1, from 10 AM to 12 PM. It's a drop-in activity, so you can swing by whenever you're in the building rather than committing to a specific start time.
The idea is simple: you make your own button celebrating 100 years of the Grand Ole Opry. If you've lived in Nashville any length of time, you know the Opry is more than just a radio showโit's one of the most important programs in broadcasting history. Its stage has hosted country artists across generations, from DeFord Bailey, who helped launch the show back in 1925, to Lainey Wilson, who's carrying the torch today. The button you make is a little piece of that history to take home.
The activity is presented in support of Country's Grandest Stage: The Opry at 100, the exhibition the museum is running to mark the centenary. If you're already planning to spend the morning walking through the galleries, this is an easy way to add something hands-on to the visit, especially if you've got kids with you. It's held in the Taylor Swift Education Center, which is inside the museum at 222 Rep. John Lewis Way S.

As for the cost, it's included with your museum admission, so there's no extra ticket to buy. If you're a museum member, it's free. The session runs from 10 AM to 12 PM, and since it's a drop-in, you can stop in for a few minutes or hang out for the whole two hours.
