A week of fall crafts, science experiments and seasonal fun with daily themes at Belle Meade.
Fall Break Family Days run from Monday, Oct. 12 through Friday, Oct. 16 at the Belle Meade Historic Site, 5025 Harding Pike. It's a full week of activities for kids and families, with each day centered around a different theme. If you're looking for something to fill the gap while school's out, this is one of those events you can drop into for a single morning or stretch across the whole break.
The programming mixes a few different kinds of activities. There are fall-themed crafts, science experiments, and seasonal fun, and because each day has its own theme, you get something different every time you show up. It's set up as a series of morning sessions, so it works well if you're just trying to get the kids out of the house for a few hours rather than committing your entire day.
Since it runs Monday through Friday, you can pick the days that fit your schedule. If you've got a busy week, one or two mornings might be enough; if you're home for the whole break, you can keep coming back and see how the themes change. The activities are geared toward families, so it's a good spot to bring the kids along and let them get their hands on some crafts and experiments while you hang out.
