A special night of Día de los Muertos with themed entertainment, cultural activities, and trick-or-treating within the Boo at the Zoo programme.
Día de los Muertos Night takes over the Nashville Zoo at Grassmere on Sunday, November 1, from 5 PM to 9 PM. It's a single night within Boo at the Zoo, the zoo's family Halloween event, and for this one, they're teaming up with Conexión Américas to honor Día de los Muertos with themed entertainment, cultural activities, and space to reflect on and celebrate loved ones who have passed. The night is geared toward children ages 2 to 12, and on this date only, visitors get a special Día de los Muertos-themed trick-or-treat bag, while supplies last.
Beyond that specific night, the wider Boo at the Zoo program runs every evening from October 16 through November 1. That means trick-or-treat stations, a fall fun zone, carousel rides, and animal shows at 5:45, 6:45, and 7:45 PM. The shows are presented by Middle Tennessee Honda Dealers with support from Amazon, Mix 92.9, Irwin Entertainment, TriStar Centennial Children's Hospital, and Keebler.

If you're planning to go, the zoo is at 3777 Nolensville Pike in Nashville, and tickets are $23. The Día de los Muertos night is the finale of the whole run, so it's the last chance to catch the Halloween activities before the season wraps.
