Dee Jay Silver

Dee Jay Silver is playing a live set at Palm Tree Club on Sunday, October 11, from 7 PM into the late hours. The club is the rooftop venue at Chief's on Broadway, located at 200 Broadway in Nashville.

If you haven't been up there yet, Palm Tree Club is the rooftop spot at Chief's, brought by Palm Tree Crew, the global entertainment and lifestyle brand founded by Kygo and Myles Shear. It sits five floors above Broadway, with indoor-outdoor areas and a bar, and it stays open seven days a week. The venue programs live DJ sets every Thursday through Sunday, both day and night, so it's usually a regular part of the weekend around here. This particular night is billed as a rare Sunday edition of the club's Fall series, which makes it a bit of a departure from the usual Thursday-through-Saturday run.

As for the music, Dee Jay Silver lists EDM, Country, Dance-pop, and Rumpelmusig among his genres. That's a wide spread to cover in one set, and seeing Country listed alongside EDM and Dance-pop feels right for a rooftop sitting five floors above Broadway. Rumpelmusig is the one that'll probably raise an eyebrow—it's a traditional style of folk music from the Alpine regions of Austria, Germany, and Italy—so there's a good chance the set will pull from a few different worlds.

It starts at 7 PM and runs late, so you can roll in early or show up well after dark. The venue is Palm Tree Club, the rooftop at Chief's on Broadway, 200 Broadway, Nashville, TN.
